Faye's first walk was set up in March 2013 by Faye's cousin Rebecca and her Uncle Goeff.
The walk was for Faye's family and friends to gain sponsorship to help raise funds for private alternative treatment for her.
The walk to place and we raised a far amount (sorry I can't remember the exact amount) Faye was there to greet us all at the end with a huge smile on her face! She was overwhelmed by the response and support from people.
Sadly Faye's health too a turn for the worse and she passed away a few weeks later. March 30th 2013 the day our Dancing Queen went to be our Angel, leaving many hearts broken forever.
Faye left behind such a legacy with her dancing and her battle. April 2013 The Faye Knowles Chapman Foundation was born, a year later we was a registered charity!!!
Raising awareness of Cervical Cancer & Screening, campaigning for the age limit to be abolished and funding private screening and consultations for those under 25.
