Four years later and I'm jumping out of a plane again for Tonic. I am currently in my final year of university which is proving to be a very stressful period and so I have become aware of how important the work of Tonic is to bring awareness and challenge the stigma associated to mental illnesses.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and I'm sure there will be plenty of embarrassing photos on the day!
