We need to purchase new camping equipment to replace our old and worn out gear and to increase the amount of equipment we hold as we are in the process of increasing the size of the Scout Group. We hope to introduce a new Beaver Colony, new Cub Pack, and a new Scout Troop hopefully all starting at Easter 2010.

We offer more young people, boys and girls, of any religious, ethnic, or social back ground the opportunity to join Scouting, the largest youth organisation in the world. We also encourage young people with special needs to join our group.

We already have enough new adult volunteers for the project to start and they have already gone through their early stages of becoming leaders. We hope to increase the membership by 40% and take all the young people currently on the waiting lists off, and no longer have to hold a waiting list.
