Team Fundraisers
On the 20th of March The Swan in Salford's team members are sleeping out (in a tent) in their own back gardens for 1 night, to raise money for Winter Night Shelter Milton Keynes. On the day we had to shut our doors back in December we donated all of our Christmas food and fridge stock to the Shelter. The team would like to further their support by fundraising for them.
The shelter provides overnight accommodation and a hot meal for people who would otherwise be rough sleeping in the coldest months of the year. They also help move people on to longer term accommodation and create moving in packs. This fundraiser will go towards these packs, providing people with extra support as they move into their new homes, as they usually have little to their name.
