About
My one and only motivation to get involved with this is purely because it’s helping a local mental health charity. I’m a sufferer myself, some days I do suffer, some days are ok but that’s the beauty of living with mental health issues. Please check out Tonic Music for Mental Health, they’re 100% reliant on donations from the public so I feel it’s my duty to do something, even if it is getting punched in the face.
