Inspired by Isaac to go higher, further, better and faster we’re taking on two epic challenges to raise funds for a local skate park in the community that Isaac loved and funds for the RNLI.
On 19 April four Coughlans and a Russell will be running the Manchester marathon. Matt, Simon, Mark and Edward Coughlan, along with Mark Russell will be taking on this challenge. For some it will be the challenge of setting a PB, for others it will be the challenge of their first marathon and for Simon and Mark Russell their first marathon running together with Simon running as Mark's guide runner.
Following this Matt will be accompanying wife Chrissy on her own personal challenge: completing the 150 mile Highburton to Aberffraw bike ride over 8 and 9 May. Chrissy has never ridden this distance, never ridden up anything resembling a hill or found a saddle she is entirely comfortable with. The challenge will clearly be epic and worthy of your donations, after all think about how many hills Matt will have to push Chrissy up!
So two big challenges and one worthy cause, please dig deep.
