Step 1:
Decide on the amount of money you want to pledge per rep you want to achieve. Encourage friends and family to donate and sponsor you per rep also. For example, you pledge $2 per rep achieved and your friend sponsors you $2 a rep. If you bench 20 reps, you then donate $40 and your friend donates $40, a total of $80 towards this great cause. You can also donate a one-off sum of money. Feel free to fundraise in your country's currency (just calculate its worth in pounds before submission).
Step 2:
Video yourself performing as many reps as possible on the Bench Press within 2 minutes anytime from 20th - 31st March.
Men’s weight: 100KG Female weight: 50KG.
Step 3:
Once you are done you then post it on social media and share it around using our hashtag #TheTrueStrengthCollective and tag me @thetruestrengthcollective + @strengthmed

Men’s Mental Health:
In 2014, 76% of all suicides were men. For as long as records have existed male suicide rates have been significantly higher than they have been for women. This finding is consistent globally which means there must be something about men that needs our attention. Globally there are over 800,000 deaths by suicide per year and in 2011 the World Health Organisation described suicide as a global imperative.
Where does the money go?
Men’s Mind Matter (MMM) is a community of passionate people who intend to reduce suicides and save lives. Our approach is unique and built upon clinical and lived experience. The model we have developed provides the map for resolution – a way out of psychological entrapment that drives suicide. It’s the only one of its kind and underpins everything we do. Our strategic plan, built on our model will enable us to do something remarkable. Something yet to be achieved anywhere. We now need the resources to make this happen and the time is now.
