If you had asked me five years ago what I thought of Yoga my answer would probably have been unprintable.

My good friend Jayne introduced yoga to  all of us at Seed of Hope and I slowly learnt to appreciate the benefits it could bring physically and mentally.

In the words of my wise friend V - "you look like a twat, you feel like a twat, but it does you good."

Since then I have been doing yoga on and off at Seed of Hope sessions but haven't really committed to it in my personal life.

Until now!!!!

Those of you who know me will appreciate that I don't have a "yoga body" and have a busy life, so it's time for a change!

My plan is to do at least half an hour of yoga every day in January building up and expanding on my practice.

Hopefully this will carry on to a lifelong daily yoga practice and better health and fitness!

So please help me to keep my motivation going by sponsoring me and helping Seed of Hope to grow.

Seed of Hope is a not-for-profit social enterprise that helps people with mental health problems to change their lives through Recovery based gardening therapy.

Find out more at www.seedofhope.org.uk

So please donate what you can afford-

£1 a day would be cool and would only be 31 quid at most for you. This amount would pay for us to help at least one person who can't manage their own garden through age or disability.

One-off donations also welcome so please donate what you can afford.

Thank you xx
