My girls are running the first 1K kids fun run for WISH CDG. Tilly-Rose was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in Feb 16 and life had been a bit of a roller-coaster ride for us all since then.
WISH CDG is a wonderful group which helps and supports families across the area. It brings families and more importantly children together to realise they're not in this alone.
They also offer a residential for children over 8 to encourage them to be independent and more importantly have fun. The paediatric nurses give their own time to support the children and give the parents a well deserved rest.
It would mean the world to us if you could spare a couple of £'s to help a local charity that makes a real difference to families and children
