Team Fundraisers
My name is Brian Leach and I have been supporting the Tilehurst Junior Youth Club for over Ten years now as a volunteer on Friday nights. The club supports children in the local community on friday nights with an attendance of 40 plus children each week. The age group of the children ranges between 7 - 11 which is very challenging but very rewarding.
We plan activities such as healthy eating, sports games, pool, disco, talent shows etc etc the kids absolutely love it.
I am trying to raise much needed funds to aid the club to keep going with its running costs, we are a non profit organization and raise monies such as bag packing at local supermarket and holding fundraising events.
We are completely self sustaining, which is hard at the best of times.
Myself and a few very good friends are running the Reading half marathon and supporting the club. Please help us raise as much money as we can to keep this great club going.
