Volunteers need to be appropriately organised so a paid person will enable the volunteers to use their talents for the benefit of residents.

The residents of John Groom's Court are mostly under 50 years of age and are keen to participate in various activities both withinn the Court and in the community but need assistance in order to do do.

Residents would be able to "live life abundantly" (John 10:10) thereby fullfilling the mission statement of this Christian charity
