Tom and I will be taking part in a 10,000 foot skydive on the 8th of July for a local charity called Al's Pals.
Al's Pals provide emotional and practical support to cancer patients and their families. Their services includes transport to and from medical appointments, home cooked meals and financial assistance. They also offer counselling, support groups and other resources to help individuals cope with the physical, emotional and financial challenges of cancer.
Cancer is an illness that affects so many people in our lives and Al's Pals provides essential support to those who need it.
