We are raising awareness and funds for Age UK Plymouth. A local charity working in the community to support older people, their families and carers. They want everyone to be able to love later life!
I will be doing a tandem sky dive at the end of Aug, jumping from 10,000ft!
We will hike the 3 highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours! On the day, we will walk about 36km, climb over 3000m (and come down) and drive over 450 miles.
At the end of Oct, I will be taking part in the “Kernow Destroyer” - a gruelling, 5 mile muddy, dirty run with an added obstacle course! Check out the destroyer link : https://www.kernowkiller.com/about-us/
