Frome Birth Talk is a local charity close to my heart. They help new and expectant parents during such an important time.
When I had my son after such a traumatic pregnancy I really struggled to cope with my feelings. Frome Birth Talk also provided completely free counselling for new parents. I can’t tell you how invaluable that was for both me and my son to build the relationship that I knew he needed.
I am not anywhere near in shape and so I know it will be a huge challenge for me. Frome Birth Talk was there for me then and I hope I can do a small amount for them to show my appreciation of their service.
