Hello,
We are a four-piece walking friendship called Tramps! So named because in New Zealand, the motherland of hiking, it is called 'Tramping' and my aim in 10 years is to Tramp the Milford Sound and the Routeburn Track. :-)
For now, we are tramping Ska-Fell - our own English highest peak - this saturday/ sunday (depending on which day weather is better) Oct 29th or 30th.
I am a volunteer for Future Radio, and Future Projects, a great community charity that supports disadvantaged youth, like kids I knew 25 years ago, whom need some extra encouragement and help as they set up their adult lives. All anyone really needs is someone to inspire us and say 'You Can'. That's what Future does.
