'Unleash the Star' is a project for Leadership workshops for young people which are every Saturday for 10 weeks lasting 4 hours.The workshops are interactive and experiential,held in a supportive environment using accelerated learning techniques led by a leader and personal development trainer. The workshops are also integrated with music sessions lasting 2 hours. The project will culminate in a concert organised and produced by young people.

The project aim to provide leadership training and social activities outside school and family to engage the young people productively and also motivate the young people,increase their skills including raising confidence and broadening their capacity to succeed in life in particular in the work place and engage them with a concept of being responsible citizens. The project is to inspire and empower young people to effect changes in their circumstances or lives.

Young people will be made aware of the opportunities that are in their midst. They will be supported to dicsover their unique talents and given confidence to nurture them. The message of each individual taking responsiblity of their lives will be hammered. They will be inspired to take action and will create an action plan to implement the transformation. After the end of the leadership workshops, they will be raring to go into the world to amke changes in their lives and circumstances.
