I have been fortunate to receive a place in the London Marathon 2021 through my running club (Run York) in affiliation through City of York AC. (It was originally meant to take place in April 2020)
I have decided to raise money for Chiltern Music Therapy who provide music therapy, arts in health and community music services to people of all ages and many different needs across the UK. I have chosen this organisation as I have a strong passion for Music and their ethos strongly aligns with my belief in using music as a benefit for others. I am lucky to have a friend who works for the organisation so I am aware of the outstanding contribution they make to improve the lives of others.
I love running and I've always said this will be the only race I will raise money for. I have completed 6 marathons and this will be my 7th!
