Running the Windsor Half Marathon on behalf of Slough Mencap to raise money for renovation of new Horsemoor Green premises.

Slough Mencap is the largest charity in the Slough area dealing with people with learning disabilities, their families and carers. We are 60 years old and have at long last acquired premises in Slough. These premises need extensive renovation in order to provide a safe and secure environment for our soical and drama clubs which provide support and personal development to our members.

By raising money from the Windsor Half Marathon and other fund raising activities we aim to restore the Victorian Schoolhouse to its former glory. This will provide a pleasing, warm and welcoming environment for our members.
