On Saturday 4th November our pack of 5; Jane Bryant, Sarah Poole, Kevin Poole, Demsey Slater and I will be doing the WINTER Wolf Run. The Wolf Run is a hardcore 10k run across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes and thick mud.
This is going to be a challenge for all of us, but we want to do it in order to raise vital funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre. Without funds generously donated, the centre would not be able to continue it's daily work transforming hundreds of lives across the Midlands. The centre provides a range of vital condition specific therapies to those with devastating muscle-wasting & neuromuscular conditions. The therapies the centre provides help fight the physical, mental and emotional effects of muscle deterioration and loss of physical abilities.
