Why they need our serviceCambridge Link-Up are participating in World Homeless Day because we want to raise awareness (and much needed funds!) of the issue of homelessness in Cambridge. The city is known for its wealth, history and university but for the over 400 homeless people who live here - there is a very different story to be told.
Plan and expected resultsThe homeless community have really pulled together to make this event a success. We hope to raise much-needed funds of course - our coffers are empty! But even more importantly the event has created new friendships, motivation and enjoyment for all those who have given their time to make it happen.
