An impartial and confidential service, enabling young people and their family/extended family and friends to resolve differences that exist between them

The project aims to rebuild or strengthen family relationships, enabling the family to understand the cause and effects of family conflict, empowering them to take shared responsibility for the problem and ownership of the resolution to it. There is little support for families experiencing low level conflict and the project aims to help prevent escalation which may lead to risk of homelessness for young people or other family members.

There is a rebuilding and strengthening of family relationships, improvements in emotional health and general well being, reductions in incidents of antisocial and offending behaviour with families able to improve their communication skills and better manage conflict situations in the future.
