For the second year running, I am doing Leeds 10k run, through run for all.
Why am I doing this?
I have a sister that is on the autism spectrum and I work for the local charity shop that raises funds for the support group.
To enable the families participate in monthly activities that they couldn't do in normal surroundings.
My aim is to do the 10k in less than 1 hour and 40 mins...... which is what I completed it in 2015 (last year)
