I am the founder and chairperson of ZigZag Leeds, and see from a very personal level, what difference the group makes for families.
I started the group many years ago, not only to help myself, but to help others. The group has continued to grow and develop and currently supports 40+ families
I have a 14yr old son with a diagnosis of autism and also younger children currently going through the assessment process.
Autism does not just affect the child, but the whole family. That's why at ZigZag, all our activities are family based. We support each and everyone of you.
I decided to run this year to help ongoing fundraising. The 10k will be a massive challenge for me. I am a busy mum of 5 and fitting in any training, will alone be the first obstacle to overcome. My trainers are purchased, just need to use them now !!!
Please support our cause , every penny counts.
