I'm jumping out a plane to hep raise money for Collett School in Hertfordshire in July! It's a special school, which my cousin Rosie has been at the school for 10 years. She started when she was 5, and her diagnosis is FoxP1; part of chromosome 3 is missing and it's pretty rare. It means she has global developmental delay, but especially marked in speech and language development. She also has autistic tendencies/behaviour because of it.
The speech therapists at Collett were kind enough to let me shadow them for a day, and it really helped my decision in what I wanted to do at uni! It's a fantastic school, and I'm so happy to be able help in any way I can.
Any donations you can afford (I realise a lot of my friends are students on a student budget) are hugely appreciated, and going to a brilliant cause. Thank you in advance to everyone who sponsors me!
