To provide young women with an aviation, adventure and travel-based programme of activity. To provide leadership and example to the country's youth and maintain an atmosphere and openness to ensure everyone wanting to join is made welcome. Objectives:-To abide by the aims of Every Child Matters and to provide citizenship training through a structured and flexible programme including training, leadership, opportunity, experience and participation.

We help a lot of charity groups in the community, doing voluntary work and helping them raise money for themselves. We have also helped national charities such as Help for Heroes and the RBL poppy appeal. We attend parades in the town such as Armed Forces and Remembrance helping to ensure that the community see that the young have respect and care about others.

Those attending gain a sense of belonging. They are kept safe and active and gain various life skills such as team building, communication and contact with the community and being part of a group. When they are old enough we also get the girls to do their Duke of Edinburgh awards.
