Heads Up is an independent charity offering those living with mental illness and other issues many opportunities to learn new skills and build on those they already have, such as painting; pottery; cookery; knitting; drawing and woodwork. we assist with establishing links to local communities and are very proud of everyone's achievements, from creating wonderful art work to simply stepping through the door. We value our time together and appreciate being able to walk alongside each other.

We work with individuals to establish links with their local community by confidence building and nurturing skills and interests. Our Healing Garden team supply planters and hanging baskets to local businesses and our workshop carries out furniture repairs and restoration. We are constantly building on and establishing links within the local community and promoting mental wellbeing and the services we provide.
