We provide gymnastics training and sport related activities for boys & girls aged 3 to 16 years on a recreational basis. The club is run by volunteers as a not-for-profit organisation, with affordable fees and a free subsidised place capability. We meet weekly, with most children enjoying an hour's physical activity. Our aim is to encourage children to achieve their potential. We follow the British Gymnastic Award scheme and organise competitions on a regular basis.

The Club offers affordable all-inclusive activities, with many aspect offered free - such as competitions and awards. We subsidise outside visits and cater for many disadvantaged families.

For many young people we are the only activity of their week. We expect to offer Enjoyable Exercise leading to Excellence in quality of movement. We offer positive experiences for our gymnasts, many of whom have gone forwards into coaching and teaching.
