The Highlife Centre is committed to addressing unemployment, disadvantage and inequality by developing and increasing knowledge and skills of individuals, through education in Business and Entrepreneurship; enabling those individuals to develop personally and professionally, increasing their employability and improving their quality of life.

Our projects equip individuals with entrepreneurial skills, to help them to start their own businesses, or help them gain work experience in business areas, encouraging them to consider self-employment as a career option. By providing good quality advice, training and support, we have unleashed committed and enthusiastic individuals who have improved the quality of their lives, thereby contributing equally to society and making positive impact on our local communities.

The Centre's staff and volunteers are involved in community projects and activities to understand local needs and demands to offer the best solution. Through business training and support, we have impacted positively on individual lives by Increasing knowledge and awareness of entrepreneurship, Developing personal skills & capabilities and Changed behaviours and attitudes. With every business launched, individuals are able to come off state benefits, contributing positively to the local economy.
