We provide a journey for children and young people. Through Basketball we teach them to value themselves and others. From the age of 8, children can begin to play Basketball at our training sessions and for many this has meant going on to play for England. We believe in teaching children and young people to respect themselves and others through the discipline of the game. Our regular training sessions and games build confidence giving young people the chance to achieve their dreams.

Based in East Leeds we provide a journey for children and young people through Basketball. 30 children come to our Saturday session each week learning new life skills through the discipline of the game. We give them opportunities to play and to become coaches. They become part of the Leeds Tigers family and learn to value and respect themselves and others and go on to be great people leading fulfilled lives.

The children and young people we have worked with have become great men and women. They have gone on to have fulfilled and successful lives and careers. "Tigers really helped me to gain a sense of perspecive back then, to think about other people and to commit more. So I guess it did help me to stay out of trouble. The other important thing was to have some other goals, and different values from some of the local kids. It was a very positive influence so thank you for that."
