Walking for people needing psychotherapy help
I am doing a challenging walk from Vila Nova de Milfontes to Carrapateira (the bulk of the ROTA VICENTINA) in Portugal, over 100kms. To get into training I have done several different walks in the UK: the Wye Valley Way, Lark Valley and North Norfolk paths during the year. I am now 54 so need to prepare properly! I have paid for my travel to Portugal, and of course all accommodation and other costs. Therefore, all funds raised will go towards subsidising psychotherapy sessions for people who can't afford them - but badly need this type of life-changing help and interventions. The people benefiting live in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, across London or West Sussex - all places that the Golden Yew Project CIC operate in as a professional arts psychotherapy team. Please support me so that they can help more people struggling with poor mental health and the legacy of emotional (or physical) abuse.
Good luck Mark. Hope the sun shines Liz Jones
