One word that sums up Medina Marching Band PASSION, we are all passionate about the young band members creating music and furthering their musical ability whilst passing their experience and knowledge to others in the band. Many have watched the band in awe on any number of occasions either in the practice rooms, on the parade ground or in competitions and admired the passion, ability, professionalism and discipline the whole band exudes.

Medina Marching Band provides a safe and secure environment for the young and old alike to learn and further their musical knowledge and interest. Medina Marching Band has band members with ages starting from as young as 8 years old and can even boast many entire family memberships. In a world where borders and traditions are being eroded and forgotten we strive to keep the United Kingdom marching band's identity and traditions alive.

The band by its nature requires a high level of discipline and dedication from its members whether in the classroom or on the parade ground as the band practices twice a week in preparation for events and parades and strives for members to do their best. MMB helps to raise funds with concerts and marching engagements in conjunction with charities such as the Earl Mountbatten Hospice and the Royal British Legion.
