MK Women and Work's main aim is to assist disadvantaged women by helping them make informed choices about employment and training needs, providing them with a planned development pathway tailored to their individual needs, helping them access vocational guidance, training and work experience opportunities; raising their skill levels, motivation and confidence, providing structured support to move on to mainstream training or to compete more effectively in the labour market.

Women and Work support over 500 people in Milton Keynes a year to enter paid employment, voluntary work and/ or further training.
