Moorlands Home Link provides older, particularly housebound, people in the Staffordshire Moorlands access to services to maintain their health and wellbeing; whether this is through socialisation at our Day Centre, one of our Outreach Groups or one-to-one befriending; through our Domiciliary Care and Bathing Services; through Meals on Wheels or access to our Voluntary Transport Scheme.
