We are a user led organisation controlled by disabled people and their groups. We believe having an impairment is a normal part of being human, but discrimination is not. We include people of all ages with physical or sensory impairments, learning difficulties and mental ill health. We run services and campaigns that promote equality, dignity and human rights.

We run services that provide disabled people, their families and carers, with information, advice and advocacy. We run services that assist people to arrange their own care/support and lead more independent lives. We run campaigns to highlight concerns and aspirations of disabled people and ensure their voices are heard and we also run projects that support our mission, including a forum for young disabled people.
