Nicola, Rhona and Stephen are running the Glasgow 10K on Oct 6th.
We are running to raise money for Home-Start Edinburgh West and South West, a charity which is doing excellent work supporting families with children under 5.
Home start help-
* Reduce family isolation and increase social support networks.
* Strengthen parent/child relationships.
* Improve parents’ physical health and emotional well being.
* Encourage parents to appreciate the joys of parenting and develop parenting skills.
* Improve the home environment.
* Improve children’s health, well being and development.
* Improve access to health and community services
