To work in disadvantaged areas across Nottingham, getting people involved in improving their communities. We run services with volunteers, support and train community groups run totally by volunteers and advise people campaigning or lobbying on local issues. We have a focus on anti poverty work.

We provide a wide range of services that people can not afford to access. From play and youth activities, to helping volunteers set up a food bank. Our newest project involves volunteers teaching others, how they can save money. For example, we provide a sewing machine and volunteers teach others how to repair clothes, make curtains and alter clothes.

1. Provide play and youth activities for 620 children and young people a year. 2. Support and train over 40 community groups a year. 3. Support volunteers to set up new projects every year like the food bank. 4. Provide a range of services including support into employment for unemployed volunteers, services for elderly and disabled people including practical help with tasks such as gardening and shopping.
