Our club's purpose is to encourage people to get fit and maintain fitness through running. Our founders identified a need for a local running club and started the club with 50 senior members in Nov 2008 now we've got 200 junior & senior members at all levels & abilities running in safe groups, 3 times a week. We're run entirely by volunteers, with a few trained & DBS checked coaches. Our guiding principles are to be a friendly, inclusive and accessible club that maximises our members' potential.
