Ray's Playhouse provides children with the excellent start in life they deserve by providing them with a fun, safe and stimulating place to play. We are the only local provider of a supportive environment where parents and carers can take their children on a daily basis to explore a range of fun indoor and outdoor experiences. Our services target in particular local disadvantaged and vulnerable families in Sands End, one of the most deprived and diverse areas of the borough.

Since the closure of the local community centre, children's centre and library, Ray's Playhouse is the only place in the area where families can bring their children to play and learn on a daily basis.

We welcome all members of the community (over 400 families on a yearly basis), helping children to realise their potential in life.
