We support and develop voluntary and community action across Richmondshire, assisting community organisations, voluntary groups, charities, volunteers and volunteering involving organisations to achieve their aims and objectives.

Richmondshire CVA & Volunteer Centre ensures that voluntary and charitable groups and organisations are successful, sustainable and able to continue providing support and services across the district. We recruit, support and develop volunteers, which are the core and life blood of many local charitable organisations.

We have helped many groups and organisations by supplying free development & funding advice as well as providing a continuous supply of volunteers in support of local services. With our assistance a variety of Richmondshire organisations have received well over £350k in grant aid funding in the past year, started new projects and maintained essential support and care services, with over 2500 volunteer drives helping people access essential day care, health services and medical treatment.
