Reminiscence Learning offers training courses within the field of reminiscence, dementia care and planning activities. Our Activity Angels work alongside carers to run activities and specialist projects. We deliver a number of fun, interactive community projects for the older person, those with dementia and carers.

Our organisation aims to promote, maintain and improve activity and education by working with people with dementia and their family carers and those with physical and mental health needs. We offer support and back-up to those who need lifelong learning and help to build bridges within the community, focusing on equal opportunities and breaking down barriers. We endeavour to prevent isolation and improve friendships by encouraging individuals to take an active role in their community.

Our community projects allow people with dementia and their carers to enjoy quality time in one anothers company, stimulating memories and encouraging social interaction. We endeavour to empower individuals at all stages of dementia, resulting in a better quality of life. We increase dementia awareness by educating individuals and so reducing the associated stigma and fear for all family members, with the ultimate aim of a dementia friendly community.
