We run London's only youth-led radio station, Reprezent 107.3FM. Based in Peckham, we empower disadvantaged young people to have a voice so they can better represent themselves and their communities; whether that's discussing youth issues with decision makers, improving confidence and learning new skills to get a job or developing artistic talents, we aim to create a more representative society for young people.

Reprezent supports and trains young people in radio production, ICT, communication skills, confidence building and offers work experience and employment opportunities. Reprezent 107.3FM provides a important platform for young people to discuss issues important to them to raise awareness influence decision making. The station also promotes local activities and events to increase take-up and help bridge divides between young people and adult groups.

326 young people were trained last year in media, communication, ICT and life skills. 79 young people currently involved at our station as trainees, presenters and broadcast assistants. Over 120,000 young listeners listening to monthly youth content and campaigns on youth issues.
