We launched the charity initially to achieve better outcomes for young people living in the care system. We have since expanded those parameters to support some of the region's most vulnerable young people as they transition into independent living.We have grown incrementally, from literally one person to around 50. Their numbers include young parents who, with multi agency support, have changed their lives so significantly that they have had children returned to them from local authority care.
