To create an open, sustainable sporting facility for the sports of hockey and rugby and be the club of frst choice locally. This includes the training and development of all club members regardless of their race, creed, ethnicity,sex, sexual orientation, age and ability.

We provide opportunities for those who wish to play,develop their skills, spectate or socialise in the sports of hockey and we are developing similar opportunities in the sport of rugby union football. We are particularly focused on developing young people and currently coach approximately 50 young people and provide them with an opportunity to develop fitness and skills. We also provide facilities for private functions and hire out our facilities to other sports clubs.

We have been in existence since 1922 and have won honours in Staffordshire and Midland leagues. The club currently runs 4 mens sides, 3 ladies sides and junior sides. Hockey training is provided for all sections of the club and we have built satelite clubs and assist with the development of young people at local schools. We currently plan to merge with Stone Rugby football club, and develop club facilties including a new clubhouse with state of the art changing rooms.
