To provide a safe place for women survivors of childhood sexual abuse to share experiences, develop strategies and skills that will enable them to move forward in their lives and prevent them feeling isolated.

We are there to help, encourage and support. Surviving Together offers the only self-help group for Norwich and covers a county wide area. Survivors find understanding and friendship; are offered experience of new therapies; find information about other services; break feelings of isolation; make new friends; have fun together.

Gains in confidence, self belief, ability to trust, reduced anger. Best of all, a readiness to move on and make the most of life, career and friendship. It happens! We have survivors now working in the community and giving back help to others in need.
