Teamwork is a Northamptonshire Day Service provider supporting Adults with Learning, physical or sensory Disabilities and Autistic adults to reach their potential.

Why the community needs us Our three day services  – based in Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough – are friendly, safe and supportive places in which our service users make new friends, access education and employment experiences, and take part in on and off-site activities and classes. We have a packed programme of living and learning projects & wellbeing activities. It is our service users who help to steer and plan everything we do.
Our impact on the community We support nearly approx 120 day service users at our 3 centres. We deliver accredited and non-accredited learning to support people into independence and workWe help people gain supported volunteering in the community.  We have 30 volunteers who support our service users.  We believe everyone should be able to access the same chances choices and opportunities and our dedicated qualified staff challenge the service users to enjoy the adventure!
Each individual has a care plan and goes through an on-going assessment process that measures both hard and soft outcomes. This promotes progress and the learning of skills which are transferable to Volunteering, Work Placement and Employability. In the UK only 7% of those with Learning Disabilities have a job - 65% want one! (NHS 2010)
