The Tuesday 2 O'Clock Club (TTOC) is a voluntary led organisation which was set up to help tackle social isolation and loneliness in older people in Calderdale. We meet fortnightly for a couple of hours to give people the opportunity to make new friends and enjoy some entertainment. Since our first session in April 2018 we have regularly welcomed up to 20 people to each session seeing approximately a 60:40 split between females: males which is something we are very pleased about.

Local people can get together and enjoy a varied programme of activities and entertainment. We work with 3 other similar groups in the area as the 'Ryburn Wellbeing Hub' and organise monthly trips for older people in our area. We hold fundraising events where we utilise the local Social club which brings in revenue for the club and beings members of the wider community together.

In our area there are lots of older people, We have 4 sheltered housing schemes but also many older people who live in their own homes. All these people are welcome to come along to our afternoons and on the trips and we currently welcome over 30 people to our individual groups and take up to 32 people on our monthly trips.
