Up and Downs provide opportunities for families to meet other families, to share information and support each other. We offer fun family sessions and a large range of experiences for the children and their family.

A place to come for friendship support and guidance. For parents to share experience and advice, for siblings to mix with other children who understand what it's like to have a brother/sister with Downs Syndrome. Some where to just be a family.We provide invaluable resources and information on many of the challenges of raising and loving a child with additional needs. A place to come and celebrate achievements, milestones and triumphs with others who understand just how huge the small steps are.
