Harbour Housing ( @HarbourHousing ) is a charity on a mission to transform the lives of the most at-risk people in Cornwall and Devon. They specialise in helping individuals with complex needs, including substance misuse, mental ill health and physical health challenges who often cannot access traditional support pathways. Harbour Housing has numerous services across Cornwall, including one dedicated to people being discharged from hospital at risk of homelessness and safe accommodation for women escaping domestic abuse and sexual violence. They've partnered with Localgiving for a number of years now, and in Winter of 2023/24 received a Community Matters Fund grant from National Grid ( @gridcustomersuk ).
