We support individuals to develop and discover their potential through volunteering, learning and enhancing their skills. We also support community groups and voluntary organisations to develop their skills and knowledge and improve their services.

During 2013-14 we supported over 400 community and voluntary groups and helped over 2,000 people into voluntary work, directly contributing around £1million towards Lincolnshire's economy.
