WYP is a well-established voluntary organisation and the sole provider of secular youth provision in the area. We have a proven track record of delivering Outreach and Centre based projects for over 19 Years. WYP is open 5 days per week, through the day and evenings. We offer a local need led service. We currently offer a community Cafe, street club, families' project, personal social development programme for those not engaged in education and youth workers to work on the streets.

We offer opportunities to stay safe, be healthy, to enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and build the foundations for a more prosperous future.Our DARE Project provides positive after school activities and projects for young people. Our Personal and Social Development Programme targets people missing from education. The Healthy Families Project raises the confidence and aspirations of parents and supports family life. we offer vollunteering opportunities and training.

Walton youth project engages with over 1000 children, young people and families each year. The project has a strong community focus and a committed and active local management committee with a real vision and passion to make a difference in the area. Our Summer Programme engaged with over 250 children and young people. We are seen as a provider of a quality service, our multi agency work maximises resources which has greatly benefited children, young people and families.
